The National Association of Insurance Women (International) dba: International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) is dedicated to the professional development of its members through educational programs and networking opportunities. Open to insurance professionals in all areas of the industry, NAIW/IAIP's diverse membership provides mentors, role models and information that insurance professionals need to succeed and the motivation and support to help accomplish career goals. The mission of the state council is to further membership development, provide information on education and legislation, enhance visibility within the industry, increase leadership and networking opportunities, and improve internal communication. The California Council Director and State Council provide leadership, support, and guidance to the local association presidents. Our goal is to ensure that the local presidents are sharing NAIW/IAIP information with all local members.
